We stayed at La Pazientina for a week and had the best time. The house is clean and very cute. The outside and the pool are amazing. The nature surrounding the place is beautiful and Venice and Verona aren’t that far away. The hosts are very nice and helpful. They provided a lot of information what we can do during our stay. It almost felt like home and would love to come back one day.

Featuring a wellness centre and fitness area, Grand Hotel Terme & Spa is set in Montegrotto Terme, a 20-minute drive from Padova. Manager of the hotel is really something that this hotel should be proud of! He really made our stay great. He is true asset. Great spa, but overall it was a great stay

It had a mix of old school Italian hotel style and a new spa hotel. Big car park, reception with very helpful staff. Nice well stock small bar with great staff. Standard small double room was very nice and well equipped. Access to spa was included and overall the spa was great!

Miss Cristina was the lady who handled the check-in process; she was kind, welcoming, and charming. Thank You! At the Spa's reception, again very helpful, welcoming. The doctor made me feel like talking with a friend and Ivan, the gentleman who did the "fango" and ozon, was great. The same I could say about everyone in the staff, at the reception, at the restaurant, just a wonderful stay tks to everyone!

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!
