The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed — from a comfortable bed to thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. The location is also ideal: quiet, yet just a short walk from the lake, restaurants, and the city center. A special thanks goes to our lovely host, Ms. Yulia. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind — always ready to assist and full of great recommendations. You can really feel the care she puts into making her guests feel comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Had a brilliant overall experience, loved the property and hospitality. The villa was definitely premium luxury. Lake is walkable and the views are simply beautiful. The team was super supportive in aspects beyond just the accommodation. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel director (Mr. Francesco) for the warm welcome extended to my family. I greatly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, the late checkout until 2 PM—which was very convenient for my late flight—and the personal assistance in guiding us to our room while explaining all the room’s features and amenities. This thoughtful hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Aurum - Como Luxury Suites se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Como City Centre v destinaci Como. We absolutely loved our room. Wow - the design, fixtures and even the washroom. It was right at the square which we would have a nightcap or dinner. Staff were very helpful with any of our questions. It was so nice that it is a small quaint hotel. I don't know how we got so lucky but we would definitely stay there again. Loved how secure it was too. No one could just walk in.

The hotel was lovely. Small enough to make the stay very personal and the staff were lovely. But with an array of service and facilities you’d expect only from a larger hotel. The restaurant was great and the staff were exceptional.

The property was elegant and beautifully simple I truly loved the color coordination of the furniture, walls, and curtains. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony filled with flowers was a lovely touch in addition the location was perfect . The open kitchen outside the room was very well equipped and added to the overall charm of the place. But what made the experience truly special was Alessandro. He was so kind and helpful full of warmth and love. When I asked him to help us book a taxi to Como station, he generously offered to drive us himself. I can’t thank him enough for this beautiful gesture. Highly recommended👌
