Absolutely excellent service, like you expected from 5- stars hotel. Unfortunately, the porter dropped my laptop by accident, which can happen with everyone. So my laptop’s screen was completely broken. What did do a hotel managed Mr. Ala'a Darag'meh? They took care of my laptop and replaced the screen within two days. Moreover, they sent a complimentary package to our room and provide us with the free of charge breakfast. The hotel itself has great facilities, stunning views of the Dead Sea and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Great location with access to the beach and the Dead Sea. Food was delicious and diversified. Huge and comfortable bed. Very nice swimming pools. Good entertainment program in the evening. Staff was really polite. Special thanks to the SPA manager who reorganised his team’s work so that 4 of us could have a massage on the same day.

After long road trip around Jordan we stay at this beautiful resort. We had a fantastic stay. Great location, fantastic staff, great food and guest relation manager Rawan gave us a late check out so we could enjoy resort even more and relax before long journey back home.

We have been in some beautiful hotel, nice place and friendly host until now, but... but it is a Hilton.
Wonderful location. Perfection everywhere. Very friendly and nice staff. Amazing panorama. Very good restaurants. And has an own beach. Lifeguard helps, how to take a salty bath and made mud massage for us.
Very-very recommended hotel.
