The size of the room, comfort of the bed , service excellence of staff. The pool and spa were very special, it’s very pleasant that the pool has a booking system so it’s not crowded.

It was truly authentic Japanese ryokan experience. The room with a river view was great, and the bath was lovely. The staff was super helpful and had prepared English information documents and menus even though they didn’t speak English.

Offering Western and Chinese restaurants, Hotel Associa Toyohashi is right next to JR Toyohashi Shinkansen (Bullet Train) Station. The modern rooms have a flat-screen TV and free wired internet. Great location, easy access to the train station. Clean hotel and rooms. Great sound proofing (couldn't hear our friends next door), easy check in and check out.

Just 500 metres from Sakae Subway Station, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel features a fitness centre with indoor pool, a sauna and 3 dining options. We only stayed one night, but it was absolutely amazing! The hotel was stunning—beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully done. Our room was incredible: spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional—so helpful and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a five-star experience through and through, and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Established in 1936, Nagoya Kanko Hotel is located in the downtown area of Sakae and offers rooms with free wired internet, a fitness centre and a beauty salon. The staff were quite helpful and I was quite amazed at their service. We registered early and left for Legoland. When we returned at night to check in, they know who I was even though I haven't given my name. The staff showed me my booking, I said yes, then they gave us our key. I felt so relaxed in the room. The view of the park was nice as well. When we checked out the following day, they helped and guided us for the airport limousine bus. I loved the location too! It was right in front of the bus station for the airport limousine bus. The hotel was also near a train station. It was also near the Nagoya City Science Museum, Art Museum and Electricity Museum. We hope to return next year and stay here again.

It is a beautiful hotel with peaceful gardens. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. We did not use the onsen or fitness centers but they looked excellent. The equipment in the fitness center was very high end and new.
