He welcomed us when we arrived at the parking place and accompanied us back to the taxi at 4 am. And he was available to us at any time for whatever issue we had. Many thanks, this made our stay truly exceptional.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Service was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable for what we received. Honestly, it deserves more than ten stars. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit!

An unforgettable experience. We booked a guide from Riad who took us on an unforgettable tour. Everything was perfect. Dinner in Riad was delicious and plentiful. Thanks to the team for the effort made.

If I could give an 10+ I would. The host Moufir is fantastic. He is so helpfull with everything. Nothing is to must. He arranged a privateguide for us to see the medina and walked with us to the restaurant. The guide is Moundir and raised up in the medina so he knows a lot. I would certainly go to this accomodation again and that is because of the host

Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

The best part of Fes surprisingly was this hotel. We just loved hanging out on the terrace and watching the scene and the lights and sounds of the city. Sunset from the terrace here is magical. We ate our meals on the terrace. The Moroccan salad has been the best that we had in all of Morocco.
