This was one of the best stay in Penang! We booked the queen room and the room was spotless clean. The bathroom was very clean too. I am a person who is very particular of the bathroom cleanliness and this place matched my expectations. Thank you for highlighting on Booking.com that you have a bidet in your toilets. Not sure of others, but I choose my place to stay based on tbe availability of bidet and level of cleanliness. The room also had a great window with a sitting space that we could just sit, read and relax. It was very easy liasing for the place with great customer service. The servicing agent/ owner was very friendly. They have a very kind and friendly helper too! Loved my stay so much and thank you for the wonderful accomodation. Please maintain this service and cleanliness.

Necessities is complete, Has baby cutlery and baby chair which is suitable for my infant. Host is very friendly. Her assistant Mr Phil is also very helpful. The security are helpful too. I like this building as it is gated and secure. Rooms upstairs are spacious and my family is happy with this stay. It was a last minute booking and we manage to check in smoothly.
