The Strand Boracay se nachází uprostřed tropických zahrad, 5 minut chůze od Willyho skály. Nabízí venkovní bazény se slanou vodou, 2 restaurace a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve společných prostorách. We stayed at the Penthouse unit with 2 separate bedrooms (one bedroom with king bed, another bedroom with 2 twin beds), separate shower (one room), separate toilet (one room), big living/dining area and kitchen. It has a balcony with seating. Overall, the penthouse unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed coming back to our unit after a hot day outside. Everyday breakfast was really good with varied choices from Flilipino to American, from light to heavy. I am a big coffee drinker in the morning so to have unlimited brewed coffee was a big plus to me. Best part of our stay was the staff. They were all very helpful - from the reception (Dess, especially) to the restaurant (Rob, Pete (only guy in the restaurant, I know his name starts with P but I seem to forget now), cleaner (Kelly), shuttle drivers, security guards. All were great! Not beachfront and an easy walk to the beach. If you want a quiet place, you’d love this place.

Located on the shores of Boracay Beach, The District Boracay features 3 dining options, an outdoor pool, a 24-hr front desk, and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect right off the main beach. They had lots of options for breakfast, and we also really enjoyed the happy hour on the roof at sunset! We wish we could have stayed longer.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.
