The proximity to the beach, the staff were incredible especially the General manager Mahmood and Ally on reception. All round the staff were alway smiling always helpful and kind. Mahmood was a manager who went above and beyond he helped to even fix my phone. The place was always immaculate and what I loved most that the staff were like family each one looking out for each other and treating the hotel as their own home making sure every detail small or large was covered. Access to the manager and staff was readily available 24 hours a day and Mohammed at the excursion desk was fabulous helping every customer with kindness, efficiency and great prices. But for me Mahmood was a manager that made everything easy and comfortable for a wonderful holiday. They cater for couples, families with young or older children, plenty of activities like table tennis, volleyball ball, pool , darts , football and a gymnasium I can assure you I will be returning to this hotel with my children the next time we fly to Zanzibar.

The place gives a vibe of tranquility away from the busy world we are living in . The hotel staff from the management down to the pool attendant are extremely helpful and attentive , always smiling and ensuring that the guests are well looked after . I felt welcomed and very comfortable throughout my stay . I am truly grateful for this experience and the wonderful people I got to meet.

The hotel is located in front of the beach where you can enjoy the amazing sandbank when the tide is low. While the beach is public the access is very difficult so it id like having your own private beach. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The room are spacious, comfortable and very clean and it has a pool. The staff is amazing, very nice and attentive, from the manager Peter to all the staff at the restaurant and reception, everyone made us feel welcome and at home.

Our experience is 10/10 we enjoyed every minute. A beautiful property!! Amazing staff was delivering outstanding service from early morning to last guest closed there door for the night. The restaurant and bar delivered excellent food and drinks with a high level knowledge and service. We loved the beutifuly kept property -- beach, pool, dining facilities The all inclusive food was amazing. The staff was the best part -- every single one looked out for us, made sure we always were comfortable. Espcially the animators -- Obama and Maria. Lots of fun stretching, dancing, and seeing various shows in the evening. We would highly recommend
