Mercure Vienna First se nachází v prvním vídeňském obvodu, jen 500 metrů od katedrály svatého Štěpána a stanice metra Stephansplatz (linky U1 a U3). I was very happy with this hotel, great location near the Graben, service was very good.

Hotel Mercure Wien City je centrálně umístěný hotel s moderním prostředím, jen pár kroků od historického centra města a nejbližší stanice metra. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good variety and staff were always friendly. The location is great and a short walk to the metro, tram and city centre. There is a supermarket on the same street 2 mins away for anything needed. Reception staff was always friendly and polite.

Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien se nachází přímo naproti Raimundovu divadlu, jen 450 metrů od vlakového nádraží Westbahnhof a nákupní ulice Mariahilfer Straße. The room was clean, very close to public transportation, super market etc, and the employees were very professional and polite! Totally recommended!

Located next to the Westbahnhof Train and Underground Station, Hotel Mercure Wien Westbahnhof is only 700 metres from the Stadthalle event and concert location. Free WiFi is available. Our story is that we made the reservation for June 10 to 11, although we actually needed it for June 11 to 12. Naturally, we arrived at the hotel on the evening of the 11th, only to discover the mistake we had made. The hotel staff were as helpful as could be and accommodated us without any additional charges. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center — a longer walk, but a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and we lacked nothing. We’ll probably stay here again during future visits to Vienna.
