The location was excellent in middle of town. Check in was very quick and friendly down to earth. We stayed in 3 different rooms all of them were different types, all of them were spacious, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Fold out sofa beds were made up ready also. Had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk. Shower cap, eye cleansers, soap bars, towels, hand towels, face washers, shampoo. Plenty of pillows, blankets. Excellent aircon and fans. All four families we stayed with agreed on everything I have written. I would definitely stay here again. Not sure why some bad reviews. We had good experience here. We were all happy with our stay.

Probably the best motel we’ve ever stayed in, immediate clean fresh smell on entry to the spacious room, and equipped with everything you need, the club next door has great food & drinks at fantastic prices, cannot fault anything, & parking for our large 4x4 right outside our room was perfect

Great spot to stay. Like the terrace appeal a lot. Close to town centre and other attractions. Really friendly proprietors. Hospitable, explained where to go and what to do. Really knowledgeable. Especially about Tin Cheung Restaurant. For local Country Chinese it is exceptional. All thanks to the Team at Inverell Terrace Motor Lodge. The Accom, was very, very comfortable and warm.
