Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated.

Individual Wifi Modem in each room. All rooms include Google Chromecast and Cable channels.

I like the fact that the room felt roomy, new and clean when we first arrived, and had a working stove and oven with a fan. The reception staff was really accommodating even though we arrived late, after the reception closed, but we could call late and let them know when we were coming, and they stayed open until we came. The hotel is theme after London and has a red double-decker outside. Whilst I couldn't have the complementary brekkie due to food allergies, but partner did and he found it really good.

The room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Amazing view as well.

Located in downtown Radium Hot Springs, this Alpine-themed motel is the most peaceful resort in town which is 4 km away from the hot springs pools, most of the rooms are newly rennovated.

Dated facility but remodeled very nicely. Very clean and great location. Comfortable beds- walking distance to restaurants.
