Our two bed room apartment is very clean, massage tub and comfy bed. Also, John is very nice and helpful, special thanks to him for helping me call doctor for a small incident.

The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The room had been freshly painted and it gave it a more modern and clean feel. The facilities are great and the room had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this motel if travelling through Balclutha.

The motel was easy to find and the staff were most helpful providing a map of the area and advising of places to eat in Balclutha. The room was comfortable and very clean.

A newly refurbished room that was much nicer/cleaner that other older motels we've stayed at recently; kudos to the owner/operator for a job well done.
Having a heat pump instead of an 'old-fashioned' bar heater was appreciated (and much more effective/energy-efficient).
Good quality curtain fabrics, thoughtful execution of the room layout, and more -- all well done.
