I love the hosts chilled and helpful attitude. The manager is called Sean . He's the best any hotel can wish for . Loves a chat . This is the second time we've stayed here. They do great pancakes and the coffee is amazing . There's a roof top seating area where you can chill and watch the world go by . The rooms are big spacious and spotless clean . The beach is a minute away by foot .

This motel is located just 7 minutes' walk from Sunset Beach and 11 km from Huntington Beach Pier. Free WiFi access is available in all guest rooms. Please note that we do not have an elevator.

Calm, good welcome by staff, great mattresses, large rooms, clean and well decorated rooms, large covered parking, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, we really felt well in this hotel where we stayed 2 days.

The girl at reception was very pleasant, the room had all we needed, there was also a lift.

The staff at the property were really nicer and made sure I had everything I needed. The property was big, spacious and really clean, small things such as how the towel was folded looked very professional.

This motel is centrally located in Costa Mesa, right off the 55 freeway. Sandpiper Motel is just 4 km away from scenic Newport Beach.

I had the coffee. No comp breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Deposit is less than other hotels, and you get deposit once you check out. Price for rooms are second to none. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve seen. The beds are so comfy and clean. The bathrooms are big and very clean. Location is ideal. They have great hotel parking. I’ve stayed here 3 times already.
