The owner was vey kind and helpfull in spite of the language limitations. He uses google translate and has a lot of pacience. Thanks to him i could catch a bus to phant thiet. It's 2 minute walk to the beach. The center is 15 minutes and you have restaurants near by. Friendly local people.
