Staff this time treat us very differently from the first stay ,she was rude and unapologetic, she was argumentative and uncooperative, stating that our stay was for only a short time telling us to get out at 11 am when our reservation stated otherwise. Reservation clearly mentioned free breakfast for both of us but she argued that the only do it for one person and couldn't make her understand, so they only brought one plate and place a twisted scrambled egg on top of the chilaquiles,when asked for a second plate it never came,we asked as well for 2 pieces of bred that were provided the previous stay and again they never showed up. Bad communication with staff this time ,completely different for the first time we stay there,but won't be staying here anymore. Thank you.
