The location was great with good cafes within walking distance, and the hosts were wonderful. There was a coffee capsule machine and toiletries as well as chocolate/sweets after room servicing. It was a comfortable, quiet room with good kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Some suites have a spa bath. I stayed here for almost three weeks in late 2023 and it was perfect for my needs. This is a very well-run motel. The hosts are professional, friendly, and very responsive to any requests. They obviously care about guest satisfaction and comfort. The room was very clean and quiet. There is a well-equipped kitchenette and a good-sized TV with many channels. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well the entire visit. The location is excellent because it is directly across the road from the Esplanade which is a fantastic urban park with natural bush, formal gardens and lots of walking paths and track, and also (for families) a large playground and wading pool for kids. There's a bus stop right at the gate and it's only a few minutes ride to The Square and the Plaza shopping center. I'm very happy to have chosen Harringtons for my stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
