It was nice and toasty when we walked through the door. The lighting was pretty-the little Tiffany lamp and corner chandelier just made the room more cozy. Proximity to the walking the cove is awesome. Five stars/Perfect! The desk woman anticipated our stay and had our paperwork waiting on the desk, she was friendly. Wasn’t our first time, won’t be our last!

This is a gorgeous little motor lodge in a great location and owned by the most helpful and friendly lady, Rachel. The pool was fantastic and the chat round the fire pit with other guests was a lovely way to spend the evening. Rachel even has beach parking passes to save you the $30 parking charge! Fruit and pastries are also complimentary at breakfast. We are really pleased we chose this little gem for our stop in Kennebunkport.

This is a review for anyone who wants to visit the area, know that this is the right place, Mrs. Missy is incredible, she has an impressive human quality, from the moment you arrive she makes you feel at home, her facilities are very nice and clean, a few meters from the beach, excellent location, you can rest perfectly and at the same time you have all the fun just a mile away, 10 minutes walk and you enjoy seeing the restaurants, stalls and the people around you, I will definitely return with my family to this place and I absolutely recommend it. Convenient location, clean, quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked lovely. Having laundry on site was a huge help as we were at a weekend baseball tournament.
