The location was absolutely amazing, making it extremely convenient to get around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The onsen was amazing and the overall decor of the hotel was great!

The hotel was amazing—so clean and welcoming! There were many thoughtful details that made our experience exceptional. From the public baths and sauna, that had creams and beauty accessories, to the evening treats like ice cream and noodles, everything was delightful. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back someday!

Very nice cozy hotel with a stunning view in the japanese style room. Everyone was really friendly in the hotel and they had no problems with speaking english. There are also 2 onsen, one for women, one for men. Everything was very clean. We loved staying in the hotel. Thank you very much for this experience.

Everything is amazing in this hotel. I stayed in a family room, japanese style, very traditional. What a comfortable room, clean, very well equipped and with several ammenities. The breakfast is fantastic with 3 choices, but I'd suggest the japanese one to close with a full japanese experience. Finally, the staff is so lovely and very attentives with everything. A special thank to this amazing team.

Great traditional Japanese style tatami room. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were great, and the food was amazing. Private outdoor bath was an amazing experience. 10/10 will return one day
