It's such a pretty location. After a lot of hectic cities, we came to a full relaxation after the complimentary footbaths, private onsen, 5 course dinner specially adjusted for my pregnant wife. Looking out to sea from the room, a tiny tori gate in the distance. It was like heaven.

Awesome

Right from the reception, the amenities offered to the service of the staffs. Rooms were really clean and the in room dining is a must have. We booked the couple room with the en suite onsen and we can directly see the Torii gate from our room. The experience is exceptional. There is also access to the common area with many snacks and drinks provided. One of the most complete experience I have had in a hotel. The price might be on the steep end but definitely worth the experience!

Hagi No Yado Tomoe se nachází na výhodném místě ve čtvrti Hagi Onsen-kyo v destinaci Hagi. Pláž Kikugahama Beach se nachází 1 km daleko, Shokasonjuku Academy 1,8 km a Shoin Shrine 1,8 km. Very beautiful ryokan near the Hagi Castle Town with free parking. We booked a Japanese-style corner room for 3 nights and had a large garden to ourselves. The garden in the common area is also very beautiful esp at night. We opted for half board our entire stay and were very impressed with the food! The menu was different every time and we found ourselves anticipating what they’ll serve for the next meal. One of the meals they served was an all-puffer fish meal, which is arguably one of the best and most unforgettable meals of my life. The staff were also very warm and helpful up until the very moment we left. Definitely worth making the trip to Hagi just to stay here.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. We stayed in the older part of the ryokan and it was spectacular. The rooms have beautiful views and the onsen is heavenly. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our meals were delicious and perfectly presented. We had a very romantic stay and enjoyed being on the island at night. Do yourself a favour and wear the yukata - it's the most comfortable clothing I've ever worn. We would love to come back!

SOIL Nagatoyumoto se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě ve čtvrti Nagato-Yumoto Onsen v destinaci Nagato. At arrival we were offered a possibility to upgrade our room for a reasonable fee to a bigger one, the king suite, which we accepted. And I have to admit, it was the most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in. Spacious and decorated with a lot of taste, every lamp and every detail are perfectly matching this place and creating an amazing atmosphere. Lots of space, big windows with beautiful views to the river below. The room needs no TV, because with the river during the day and a distant thunderstorm at night, the nature gives already the best show. There is a sauna on the top floor, also very beautiful and with a great view. Moreover, the onsen next door accepts people with tattoos (how refreshing!) and the river and surroundings are perfect for a relaxing walk. We really hope to go back someday and enjoy this magical place again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. There was a great view of the lake from the hotel room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.
