Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Me & my husband stayed for one night in the twin room with private hot spring bath. This huge room was very beautiful and cozy, clean & well equipped with different amenities (tea, kettle, mini fridge, yukatas, large tv with a Super Nintendo etc.). Just as promised in the listing. It was so lovely to enjoy the private onsen in our room, nobody to disturb us and no rush. The wooden tub fits two people well, even when sitting side by side. The window above the tub can be opened, the view is to a parking lot/other hotel. We had access to the hotel’s three other private onsen baths aswell and could use them whenever they were free, but we liked to stick to the one in our room. The location is excellent, there are some convenience stores nearby & you can walk from the bus station in about 10 minutes to the hotel. There are also some restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Eidaya and would definitely love to come back sometime! It was such a wonderful little escape from bustling Tokyo.

One of the best stay in my life! Room is big, clean and quiet, typical Japanese style. Breakfast was awesome, and the onsen was exceptional. Just locate at the entrance of the Sainokawara Park, and just a few minutes walk from the Yubatake and the Otaki no yu Onsen. Mrs Miki is soooo nice! Definitely will stay here again if come back to Kusastu! Miki さん, ありがとうございました！

It was unfogetable eperience- we met the owner and it was amazing to see how past meets modern Japan. More then 500 years onsen was first esperience in my life also we enjoyed first time private onsen with my husband .We had breakfast and diner served in room and it was unforgettable , especially egg cooked in onsen! I wrote and article in Latvia local lifestyle Magazine about this amazing experience, hopw to come back one day , Arigato gozaimasu, Kobayshi family

This ryokan was the highlight of our trip to Japan. Excellent seasonal and varied breakfast options, with an attention to detail unparalleled in my travel experience. The soaking pools met our hopes and needs perfectly, and we preferred the private rooms to any of the town’s public onsens. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the location was great—away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. Staff were incredible—helpful, welcoming, and friendly despite our limited Japanese language skills! Would highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful stay.

The service is exceptional, the meals outstanding in taste and beauty, the integration of nature into the spa is very beautiful, the numerous hot spring baths are easily accessible and not crowded in July. I was very impressed.

Comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, delicious food, and the best baths in the prefecture, all wrapped up in a cozy, creaky, glowing inn nestled deep in the woods.

Oyado Tamaki nabízí vnitřní i venkovní termální koupele a tradiční zahradu s lavičkami, kde si hosté mohou posedět a relaxovat. Location is very convenient to arrive, it's just on the ikaho onsen street's entrance. The entire hotel floor is covered with tatami mats, allowing for a very comfortable experience walking barefoot. Delicious dinner and breakfast with a reasonable price. I'll come again.
