Amazing hotel with great hot spring area, staff is extremely friendly. Room with 2 2-level beds exceeded our expectations – cosy, big and with everything we needed. Great cosmetics and additional small details – such as free drink after bath and yummy popsicles. Breakfast was continental, but still pretty good and tasty. Loved our stay

The scenery was amazing, and the facilities were excellent! The huge TV was fun! We reached out to the staff a few times through the tablet, and they responded promptly each time.

We stayed for one night and were blessed with views of Mt Fuji next morning. It is very clean and comfortable, private onsen is exceptional. The check in procedure clear and prompt.

I loved the room with tatami and private onsen. The lounge and the drink counter were amazing. The feeling is super positive as soon as you enter the door, it’s like a spa. I suggest at least 2 nights to fully enjoy che place. Public onsen need a renovation maybe. Difficult to find the meeting point for the shuttle. Overall, relaxing and peaceful stay. I’d love to come back.

Very nice hotel and easy to access location with the bus or train to Gora. We locked our two large suitcases to Tokyo Station and just brought a carry on bag to here because the trains and buses are not very spacious for large bags. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was amazing and we had a private onsen. If want to try the shared onsen area, this hotel is great for that too. It is with swimsuits and accessible for both genders - more as a spa area for relaxing. We liked the morning breakfast and the comfort of this hotel.
