During our 16-day holiday in Japan, my husband & I, together with another couple, stayed in 7 ryokans/hotels & Iseya is the BEST! The hotel is new & clean & the facilities are so good! We opted for dinner & breakfast in the hotel & we were so happy & satisfied with the quality & freshness of the food & service level of the attending staff who went beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable! Special mention goes to a male service staff (I think he is the supervisor; forgot his name but was Mayama or something) who served us dinner on 15 Nov. We wanted to order a bottle of red wine & sake to go with our dinner & asked for his recommendation. The sake he recommended was so good, we decided to buy 2 extra bottles to bring home! When this same male service staff heard from us that we had to rush off to catch the ferry to Kumamoto the next morning & breakfast only starts at 7.30am, he left word for our breakfast to be ready earlier. We were pleasantly surprised & so grateful that a new batch of service staff were waiting for us at the dining room when we went down to checkout at 7.20am on 16 Nov. Really fantastic service! Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki se nachází v destinaci Nagasaki. Park míru se nachází 3 km daleko a Urakami Cathedral 3 km. The rooms were spacious and clean and the view is amazing. We used the spa which was lovely and the pool and onsen are relaxing.

Hotel mio se nachází v destinaci Šimabara a nabízí zahradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. The room was so charming and spacious. The bathroom had been renovated with an amazing bath tub to soak in the natural spring water. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was great - close to castle and koi street. There was a fantastic restaurant across the road.

IKI RETREAT by Onko Chishin se nachází v Iki a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. We had an AMAZING stay at Iki Retreat. Everything was seamless - the hotel driver picked us from the lunch place directly (we went for lunch first when we arrived at Ashibe port - you can arrange everything through email before arrival), and throughout our stay, Katano helped us with everything as he was able to speak some English. Staff are impeccable and attentive, room with a magnificent view, private onsen on our private terrace, everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat was provided - drinks in the room, use of private bath and gym (gymwear also provided if needed) were provided with no extra charge. We opted to have breakfast and dinner included and the food was just out of this world. Delicious delicacies - iki beef, squid, teppanyaki, sashimi, sushi, condiments etc.....the chef will prepare everything in front of you. You do have to pay for the alcohol with dinner... Our jetfoil got cancelled and Katano and the staff helped to find alternatives for us as well. I could go on and on with only everything positive to say....

Hotel Okura JR Huis Ten Bosch se nachází v Sasebo, jen minutu chůze od vchodu do Huis Ten Bosch, a nabízí klimatizované pokoje a soukromé parkoviště. Great location, nice hot spring, nice hotel, good customer service, bread shop downstairs is convenient and delicious.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. We drove so it was alright for the location. It turned out to be a surprised it was a resort. We had a large room and our room had a so called 'living room' space. The hotel provides shuttle bus to fetch passengers from point to point. We walked between the hotel room and restaurant, it was scenic and beautiful along the way. A pleasure stay for us!
