The hotel was newer, very clean, felt welcomed the minute we arrived, the guy spoke English and Spanish and asked what language we preferred. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We went for lunch which was very nice and again very clean restaurant.

We arrived to the hotel in the night right after Argentina won the FIFA championship. We were exhausted after long flight and this hotel gave us the best experience. The personal was really kind and helpful, the room was perfect and the bed was super awesome (especially after long flight). The personal also gave us information where to change money in a very effective way. Location is also great — lot of shops, near the central square, in 400m one of the best steak houses ever.

We stood for one night and received the best care starting from welcoming drinks, excellent room and services, great restaurant, spa. After a long overnight flight, it was nice to be able to check in before noon. The check in was most efficient. I would highly recommend purchasing the executive option that allows access to the executive lounge where the evening appetizers were more than enough to count as an evening meal. Check out was more than efficient. A hotel pre-booked limousine transfer to the cruise port was excellent.

We had a great time at the apartment. The place is beautiful, super comfortable, and full of charm. It's in a perfect area to walk around, catch a show, enjoy good food, or just get lost in old bookstores and classic cafés. The hosts were lovely—always attentive and super helpful.
