    Easy access to the room and simple parking right outside the room. Like that the person answered the phone as I called upon my late arrival to ask which room I was due to stay in. Liked the small table to use with my laptop & eat dinner. Nice to have some tea and coffee provided. Liked that there was a reverse cycle machine but unfortunately it wasn't switched on so I felt cold the first night but was good once I had pressed the power on button.

    I chose the motel for the location - I needed to be close to Blue Hills Rise in Cranbourne East. There was car parking immediately outside the room. The room has a stove top and some cook ware and plates.

    location was great! Car parking was great! Beds were Great ! Clean and fresh beds with very nice, firm mattress. Fresh milk available instead of that awful UHT they always leave for you.
