In a word, everything! The place is beautiful! The views are to die for! The spa and pool is fantastic! But most of all the staff is unbelievable!!! Every single member of staff we encountered was amazing. Always smiling and ready to help with any and everything. A sense of humor and familiarity but always with the utmost respect. A proper 5 star experience and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ferienappartment. Right from before our arrival, Gabriele coordinated with us, ensured we arrived without any hassle. She gave us a tour of her beautiful stay, where she had left some delicious home-made cookies and shared some locally sourced coffee beans. The stay was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not more beautiful. It really made us want to stay indoors and not go out at all :D She was always available for any help needed. She was also able to accommodate our early check-in request, which helped us a lot! Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was very good and the food in the restaurant was varied and good, The view from the balcony at the front if the hotel was fantastic. Free parking at the front of the hotel was a bonus. There was so much to see and do in the area that we easily filled 6 days. The salt museum, toboggan run and trip to Lake Konigsee were excellent family activities

Excellent hotel thoroughly recommended. Good central location with free parking. Good wellness area including sauna and a soon to be opened swimming pool. Excellent views from high quality rooms with comfy bedding and a balcony to sit on. Staff very friendly with good information shared to obtain best use of stay in hotel and the town. Very good hotel in a strategic location not far from the bus station to reach the surroundings. Comfortable room, clean bathroom. One comment on the pillows in the below section that was promptly solved by the staff. Breakfast was good considering that we normally get satisfied with a cappuccino and croissant. Just consider that coffee and cappuccino are from automatic self service machines. Wide parking lot just outside the hotel and parking spots also available in the indoor parking garage for a small fee.
