I was very pleased with my stay here. Beautiful nature, kind and wonderful people, cozy, green garden, full of flowers and greenery. The hosts are amazingly hospitable, it will be especially interesting for foreigners to visit here, because the national spirit and color are present in their family. The man makes wonderful wine and generously treats guests, the woman bakes bread in a real Georgian oven-tone! They are very friendly. The surroundings are very picturesque. I will definitely try to visit here again and I want to say a huge thank you to this hospitable family ❤️❤️❤️

A family house near the church in Ubisa. Excellent location, beautiful view, large and clean room, a large yard and big terrace. The owners are very welcoming, the price is decent. I received by email exact directions to get there. Pay attention to this road, if you don't have a bigger car, it is preferable to walk the last part (2-300 m).

Spacious guesthouse in the outskirts if Zestafoni. Temur and Olga are very kind and hospitable. The location ia amazing - the nature is just out of the window. Accomodation is big and authentic. Recomended

Nice room well furnished and clean. Car park in front of the hotel is big enough. Breakfast is just amazing.

Loved this stay - the room is very cosy with beautiful mountain views. You can see Mountain Views from the bed - a joy to wake up in. There is a little balcony as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They have a big dog that some people might be frightened of at first but it was very sweet and didn’t bark at all. The steps up to the room were slippery when wet - use the handrail. Some grip should really be added. No washing machine.

Very good and kind family run boutique hotel, clean and well heated room, central location, homemade good breakfast. Common kitchen with refrigerator and drinkable water are available. Other guests were not noisy and so, the hotel offered quiet environment for rest. I could not manage to start but TV also is available in the room.
