The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

Truly a wonderful hotel. The entire hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and our room, Nirvana, was a work of art. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and room service worked well. The hotel is not too close to busy roads so it was fairly quiet inside. The staff was friendly, kind and happy to help at all times. The options for breakfast were plentiful and everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Pokoj byl tak krásný! A také čistý, s klimatizací a dobrou wifi. Personál byl moc příjemný, dostali jsme milý dárek (děkujeme!). Snídaně byla velmi dobrá a poloha je v centru.

Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.
