Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The room view was amazing. Big room, free parking, elevator and a really good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. We cheeked out very earlier in the morning so they left a box with breakfast for us to eat on the road.

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property.

All rooms feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, radio and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom. The garden terrace provides a splendid view of the famed Mount Virgin. From the cozy room to the delicious breakfast, everything was top-notch. The restaurant was exceptional, serving delightful Swiss traditional cuisine. Staff very friendly!

It also features a new spa area. Very nice location, clean and comfy rooms, super friendly staff, helped us with minor things. The breakfast included was very tasty and there were many options.
