Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers. Staff were also very friendly :)

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The best hotel I ever had: the location, the balcony with a superb view, the spa, the breakfast. I would stay here forever

Amazing staff, the receptionist gave us an informative introduction to the area, recommending hidden gems and trails. Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese... The room was really spacious with amazing mountain views. The location is very convenient, on Grindelwald's main street, close to the train station and cable cars, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The cleanliness was top notch. Ample counter space in the bathroom for all the toiletries. Breakfast was really good and they go the extra mile to include local cheese and bread. The staff was really friendly, they were very kind and were able to help us with an early check-in.

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!
