We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. This was our first trip to Shanghai and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It is perfectly located, but more than that, the hotel itself is stunning and we had a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful surprise from hospitality staff. After a great night sleep, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!!!. it's fantastic with so many options. This hotel staff could not be better. A few people stood out. We wanted to say thank you to Mr Ivan and Mr Jeffery. They helped us all week, and it was a joy to speak with each morning. A very special thank you to Mr Andy! What a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Ask for him if you need anything, he treated us like family. We will be back

Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch se nachází v Šanghaji a má fitness centrum, zahradu, bar a kasino. It’s a very conveniently located hotel near the Beixinjing station on Line 2 of Shanghai Metro. You can hop onto it from either Pudong or Hongqiao airports. It’s a great property where evening strolls can be taken and also some nice restaurants within walkable distance. Staff are extremely responsive. Mr. Johnson was especially very proactive. He takes personal care of guests giving them some insights about the city and also the facilities. I will be back in Shanghai and will definitely be staying here.

We have chosen this hotel for a week stay in Shanghai, 2 rooms. The location was perfect, quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, small fresh fruit store and in the same time walking distance to The Bund. The most important factor was English customer service. They were not only focused on hotel services but also helped us a lot with travellers challenges in China, which was far beyond their duties. Special appreciation to Jeroen from front desk. The rooms were comfy, modern style, very clean, including bathroom. Air-conditioning was easy to control, adjusted to our preferences. The breakfasts were variable, with selection of European and Asian options, great for a active sightseeing day. Our recommendation is to choose taxi services from airport to hotel for your comfort, it is offered in a good price
