They were so welcoming after a long journey and throughout!! Huge thanks to the team for helping us rebook a trip after we were let down with a no-show from an online booking, above and beyond at every stage!

The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. We stayed only a couple of nights, but we had no complaints about the place. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The pool is small but charming, and the small patio is a nice spot to relax. The third-floor patio is lovely too, with a great view over the city. Overall, everything worked well for us. The bathroom had all the essentials, and the water was hot—which isn’t always guaranteed in Cartagena. Definitely a good stay!

The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The place was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect — the city center was easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Although not close to a beach, this is a perfect place for short stays, or for simply relaxing as the atmosphere and ambiance is so familiar and accommodating. A hidden gem in Cartagena.

We went with our dog and was welcomed.

We chose the hostel because of the location which is close to the airport. We walked from the airport after 23:00 and it was safe. The hosts were very nice. In the morning we had a good breakfast outside on the patio and the host was VERY helpful. ( thank you again for taking us to the city and helping to change money, we wish you all the best with your plans to extend the hostel)
