Retro hotel Garage está en Ostrava y tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Staying here was simply fantastic... Where to start: great service! Everyone was friendly and helpful and full of smiles, which made the stay fun as well as convenient. Room was beautifully done. Everything in this hotel has a "rock n' roll" theme, and each room is done up a little differently "boutique style" according to a specific theme like Elvis, Marilyn, or Cruisin'. My room was all about American Rock n' Roll, and the bed, bathroom, lamps, decor, everything was setup according to this theme and really fun. Even the hallways and staircases were thematically designed and decorated. Beds etc. were also clean and comfortable, and rooms were quiet. Restaurant in the hotel was 50s Diner like, setup like an original US service station (garage, gas, etc.), and had great food and service. Also local beer which was really excellent, for good prices. Breakfast at the hotel was also excellent quality with a great selection, and long hours as well (from 06:30). Finally, the restaurant served as a live-music venue in the evenings, with both a small stage for local talent, and a large ballroom/stage for more popular bands. I stayed for a local show and had a really great time because of the top-notch sound, lighting and atmosphere. Even during the show, the drink service was super fast and super friendly! Finally, transpo is easy even though the hotel is somewhat outside the center, as a single tram (#4) from the train station (Svinov) takes you right to the hotel. The stop is just meters away. And Tram #4 back in the morning goes to both the station, but also the main shopping mall in the center and main bus station for international bus lines (UAN). What more can I say, the experience was fantastic and I look forward to staying here again!

Hotel Korek está en Frýdek-Místek, a 24 km de Estación de tren de Ostrava y a 21 km de Ostravar Aréna. "The best nap ever." - Joey Tribbian. And it really was! I hated to leave, but I had to. I wanted to stay there and be bitten by vampire and become Carmilla or Eleanore from Castlevania. The city really gives you Castlevania vibe, even though they are in Styria not Slesia, but it was one domain long, long time ago in fictional realms. The hosts - blessings to you, my dear. If it wasn't for 758 kilometers one way only from my residing town , I would return there next summer and stayed there. Marvellous hotel, impeccable, very literate, every detail is taken care of. Ah, bonus is, I felt like Johnathan Harker before leaving to Transylvania! Extra fiction play in my mind! 😃

The apartment was very good, very clean and with modern furniture. The lake is very close to it. It had a parking plot for guests. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing the breakfast or easy meal. Communication with host was very smooth. We got clear information about the key and how to get to the accommodation.

Ateliér U ŘEKY se encuentra en Ostrava, a 5,5 km de Monumento cultural nacional del Bajo Vítkovice, a 1,9 km de Main Bus Station Ostrava y a 3,6 km de Zoo de Ostrava. This is a stylish apartment in the city center with friendly hosts. It really is close to the river, though the photo showing a river view doesn’t mean that’s the actual view from the window — the windows face a nearby school. The area is quiet and central. Entry is convenient, with a code instead of key exchange. Everything is provided except for a washing machine, which might matter for some guests, though we were on a business trip and didn’t need it. We only missed having a larger, more comfortable hairdryer — the one there is a small travel version. It would also be nice to have a big mirror by the door; for business travel, that would be quite useful. Still, all this was easily outweighed by the excellent communication with the host: fluent English, immediate responses, and a caring attitude. She was kind and attentive. We’re happy we chose this apartment.
