We had some food to reheat for dinner and he kindly let us use the plates and not only that, but helped us with the dish wash up too. Breakfast was exceptional. Really healthy fruits. Also nice coffee and pastries. Room was big and comfortable. We picked the disability access room as one of us had leg pain. While the bathroom was designed for someone with wheelchair, there were a few short steps going to the room.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.
