The staff went above and beyond to surprise him with a beautifully arranged birthday cake, wine, fruits, and festive balloons. These thoughtful touches truly enhanced our celebration and his delight was a testament to their efforts. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful hotel, where they make you feel not just welcomed, but truly special.
