The Christmas decorations were really cute! The beds and lining are top quality and super comfy. They provide toiletries and a small sewing kit. They drove me to the station and allowed me to stay in the hotel even after the checkout time. Breakfast was really good too! Scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, bread, and beans. Very typical from Guatemala. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would repeat!

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice. One waiter, in particular, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The other waiters were average, but aside from that, it was a great experience.

Everything was great! Location (full of bars, restaurants nearby), apartment itself is amazing, beautiful view, big shower, comfy beds +everything you need in the kitchen. 10/10

The owner was very helpful, the area was beautiful and very well kept. I would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time because the view was immaculate. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
