Visited Ireland for 3 weeks with my boyfriend from Denver, Colorado for my 30th birthday and stayed here while we visited Hill of Tara and Trim. The country and places we've stayed have been amazing, including The White Quarry House. Maria was a great host, very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had lots of storage. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, I LOVED the huge bathtub. No other places we've stayed on the trip had a bath tub at all. The grounds were beautiful as well and I loved the landscaping. Tons of parking. Gorgeous town. Thank you!

Sarah was a spectacular hostess, she went above and beyond for sure. We arrived to fresh brown bread, jams and all the makings for crisp sandwiches! Sarah also had some fresh fruits, milk and other bits. Everything was absolutely flawless, the kitchen and baths were well stocked, just such an adorable place. We loved all the special touches, and Sarah was so responsive through our trip. We will absolutely be visiting again!

The room was quite large and had its own en-suite bathroom. Very warm (the bathroom has a heated floor) and when the main heating goes off, there is a portable radiator than can be used. Pam is a delightful host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There's a plentiful breakfast to be had each morning, with a wide choice of fresh food and coffee or tea, and fruit juice.

We stayed there twice, one night at each end of our two-week holiday in Donegal. We found it a great place to spend our first night after a long flight to Dublin airport (which isn't too far away) and also for finishing off our trip in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. On previous trips to Ireland we'd stayed at other places in County Meath on our first and last nights and they had all been really good but Rathgillen Cabin has become our favourite. Peter, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming fella so we's love it if he'd come to stay with us at our home in Bulgaria some time. And the village has a handy shop, a great pub and a wonderful cafe where we had our final breakfast befor heading home. We were also delighted to discover that Nobber was the birthplace of the 17th Century blind harpist. Turlough O' Carolan whose music we've loved for a long time.

I had to catch a flight the next day, and the property was located within easy reach of the airport. My host gave me excellent directions, which helped a lot as I had a rental car to fill up with petrol and drop off at the airport. It all worked perfectly as per the instructions I was given.

The room was huge and had everything you needed (even little kit kats on the bed) The breakfast was the best I've had. I will definitely be back here again.

A owner replied very fast to our questions every time we wanted to ask. The apartment was very big with all amenities. Garage was very convenient.

This property had everthing you needed and more. There was bread,butter,tea, coffee and much more. Clean and comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and even drove us to the wedding we were attending.

The accommodation was very comfortable and in pristine condition. The grounds and garden are beautiful and very peaceful. Breakfast in the excellent Bective Tea Rooms on site. Bright airy space, with additional outdoor seating. Charming staff. Friendly ambiance. Interesting menu and really delicious food at a reasonable price.
