The place is super pretty, the rooms are clean, there is a nice variety of choices for breakfast (indian vs western), and the greatest highlight was William, he really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible, we first arrived close to 00:00 and were super hungry and he made us some coffee and bread, he coordinated taxis for us, truly a super recommended place for your stay in Trivandrum.

I loved this hotel. The staff was so helpful, helped to figure out how to get around munnar, nothing was a problem, made a dish according to my wishes... the spa was.wonderful, beautiful views, good gym

The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

Reach Inn está muy bien situado en el barrio de Ernakulam, Kochi, a 11 km de Bienal de Kochi, a 9 min a pie de Astillero de Cochín y a 1,1 km de Estación de tren de Ernakulam. I always stay here whenever I’m in kochi:) It’s always clean, never any problems, staff is always super nice and accommodating. Just very convenient and great!

The property and the facilities were very good and comfortable! The room size was good and the bathroom was exceptionally good! The area wasn’t great but was closer to busy market street.The staff was very helpful and their friendly GM spent a lot of time chatting with us! Overall we had a great time!
