Superb location, beautiful rooms and the most fabulous staff !!! The meals were fantastic as was the service. Such a peaceful stay.

Nejkrásnější ubytování, které jsme na Islandu měli. Prostorný a plně vybavený domek na břehu oceánu, z druhé strany obklopený horami. Milá paní majitelka. Pohodlné postele, výkonná sprcha.

This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. The property was absolutely stunning, and the staff made the accommodations and restaurant feel like a homely roadside inn. The food, from the Icelandic rye bread to the entrees to the local beer and lemoncello, the best prepared dishes we had on our entire ring road trip. When we return to Iceland, Berunes will be on our itinerary.

Fjalladýrð Hotel se nachází v destinaci Modrudalur a nabízí zahradu. Na místě je terasa a využívat můžete také bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. Room very good. Location excelent for Aksja tril. Breakfast exelent.

Jökla Guesthouse se nachází v destinaci Skjöldólfsstaðir a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. It was the most beautiful and cosy place in iceland, would come again and again and recomment it very much )

Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses se nachází v destinaci Egilsstadir a poskytuje zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a výhled na hory. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay in the Hengifoss lodge. It's a dream to stay here. Once entered you're greeted by the warm smell of ember caused by the wood that was used to make this house. The colours and the layout of the room is incredibly cosy. The fireplace keeps the house (almost too) warm, and the window + terrace give an exceptional view over the lake and mountains. The hosts are also amazing and gave us the feeling that we're not only welcome, but also that they really understand why we chose to go to Iceland. We asked for help with our fireplace and the host, Isabelle, came to the rescue. She tried to help us to lit a fire but to no avail. We did however have a really good conversation. However when she left, we were content enough. Yet still she knocked on the door and winked us to come over. She told us enthusiastically that the Northern Lights were dancing and fully visible, we had to come outside! The next morning it was kind of raining, a little bit. But the sun was also shining through the clouds. The husband, Steff, called me when I was standing on the terrace. He said: "There is a rainbow there!" and pointed towards slightly behind the house I was standing in front of. I walked to the side and indeed saw a beautiful rainbow. This might not say much to other people wanting to stay there. But to me it feels like these people have such a connection with Iceland, its beauty and understand that we are there for the same connection, they told us to look at beautiful views which Iceland offers, and we were delighted to follow their guidance. Thank you Isabelle and Steff, for the warm welcome. Whenever we're in Iceland and planning to go near Eggs, we will definitely make use of your beautiful little houses.

Hengifosslodge Skáldahús se nachází v destinaci Egilsstadir a nabízí zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a výhled na hory. I loved the setting. The kitchen was well equipped.. you bring the food, and they have the prep and service items needed.
