Definitely a memorable experience and would even dare to say, a mandatory stop on your Icelandic roadtrip. Not only was the breakfast the best food we had in Iceland with a great variety of fresh dishes, the location of the hotel is unique (our room had a view to the lush green mountains that are incredibly scenic), the staff was extremely kind and attentive (with a special shout out to the Portuguese gentleman) and facilities makes you stay for a longer period of time (i.e., Spa, thermal baths, ice showers and relaxation rooms overlooking the glaciers and giving an great sense of calmness and relaxation). This hotel was our first accommodation during our honeymoon roadtrip in Iceland and we absolutely loved the peaceful location next to the mountains. Spa area outside was great: two hot tubes and also amazing sauna (we Finns just absolutely love sauna and this little sauna stole our heart). Glass terrace is very nice too - we had sparkling wine there and enjoyed the views. Breakfast was very nice too!

Very clean and original accommodation! It is very conveniently located between geysir and Gullfoss. We arrived in the pouring rain, which did not disturb us at all, but rather made the experience all the more relaxing and enjoyable! Breakfast included was very good and amenities in the room were appreciated (fridge, kettle, tea, coffee). Photos accurately represent the accommodation. We loved our stay here.

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. Percect location just a few steps from the geysir area. The breakfast is very good with a view to the Strokkur geysir. The rooms are comfortable (good beds, big windows, nice bathroom)

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect location for all the sights at the golden circle and a good starting point for the highlands (F35). The owners care a lot, even before you arrive, everything was very clean, I had a big bathroom. For this price the best guesthouse I stayed so far.

The key collection was easy and the reception staff very friendly, kind and professional. They answered all my questions with no issue. The apartment was amazing, very big, modern, clean and great layout. The shared washing machines and dries where also new and good. We loved the apartment, there was plenty of room and they made up the sofa bed for us on arrival. The apartment was warm and the heat excellent. The kicthen area was cool and modern. Great place to stay, I would recommend it

In excellent condition rooms seem newly constructed. Owner greeted us and explained the room. Only issue was that the internet was not password protected making it difficult to send emails.
