The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and really personalised our experience from pouring us tea during our check in process and being really thorough about the facilities in their guest house. If you want recommendations they are also happy to try their best even with the english language barrier to help out and make recommendations. Overall the guesthouse is extremely clean and good value for money. The location is great with a bus stop put the front to the aquarium and the station and main strip within Otaru within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again coming back to Otaru just to see Kimi and Kuna they are wonderful people

Hotel Emion Sapporo se nachází ve městě Sapporo na ostrově Hokkaido, 450 metrů od nádraží Sapporo a 13 km od nádraží Shin-Sapporo. Nabízí wellness centrum. Very nice staff. The hotel itself feels new and modern. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection with quality products. Onsen facilities were also very good with 3 baths and sauna. Good laundry facilities. The room itself while it was small had all the needed amenities. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel can be reached completely underground from JR train station. Also the location is much quieter than Susukino for example, but within walking distance of the needed subway stops and other things. There is also 7 eleven in the same building as a hotel and can be reached directly from the lobby.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

LIT’S INN Sapporo poskytuje ubytování v destinaci Sapporo. Sapporo vlaková stanice je 2,8 km odtud a Vlakové nádraží Shin-Sapporo Station 13 km. Home was equipped with 5 very comfortable beds. We received some local welcome snacks. It was equipped with anything and everything we needed in the kitchen and in general too.
