I think the host must have been a traveller himself, as there was a lot of attention given to small (but important) details such as sockets by the bedside, racks to dry towels and store your stuff, tea, water, toiletries and some tasteful decorations that really made this place feel more like home rather than just a "place to stay". (Ps - none of these are a given everywhere in Sri Lanka). The host was also kind enough to let us stay past the checkout time, as one of our friends wasn't feeling well. Overall - Excellent value for money, would have stayed longer if I could.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The whole place is so we'll designed and laid out. Very impressive. Blends nature into the building very well. The staff are fantastic. So friendly. Unfortunately I can't remember the welcoming manager but he was such a nice man. Antony (manager in the restaurant is fantastic and does a great job in looking after you).The lift is a cool little novelty into the hotel. Gave us refreshments on arrival. We stayed here on our last 2 nights of our honeymoon, which the gave us a food platter and 2 free cocktails. Very kind of them. They even gave us a fair well gift. The hotel itself is stunning. Stunning views and facilities. Rooms are very spacious. The monkeys are everywhere so you just need to watch your stuff around the pool but great to watch while floating in the pool. Food is fantastic. I really can't fault this place. We stayed in some great hotels travelling around sri Lanka but coastline Marissa was level above them all. We actually met the hotel co owner who actually took time out to show us a cool boat tour just around the corner and chatted to us about the area and what to do. He is such a nice man and very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here is you had the chance.

The Rainforest Hideaway se nachází v destinaci Deniyaya a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Ubytování nabízí službu concierge a akvapark. An amazing little cabin off the side of a beautiful river with waterfall you can swim in. This was the most unique and amazing rustic hideaway we were in. Such a special place! The family was super kind and the meals were plentiful and delicious. As it is isolated, you will probably eat all your meals here, they are good and well priced. Jungle tour recommended by Sahara, was fun and interesting. He was very easy to coordinate with for the pickup/dropoff by 4x4 from the nearest town. This place is so special, I cannot recommend it enough.

Devon Surf. Inn - Hiriketiya se nachází v destinaci Dikwella a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací a zahradu s terasou. Family run business. They are all super friendly and ready to help with any request one might have. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

Kaas Villas - Entire Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool & Garden se nachází v destinaci Dikwella a nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a výhled na moře. Property was very clean. Staff were very attentive and kind. One of the places I’ve felt the most comfortable staying in Sri Lanka. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting hiriketiya. Property is a few minutes walk from popular restaurants and a 15 min walk from hiriketiya beach making it quiet and peaceful for you to rest. If ever, you can also relax on the lounge chairs and your private pool. Overall, 10/10 and would stay here again.

Ayubowan Hiriketiya se nachází v destinaci Dikwella a poskytuje ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací a zahradu s terasou. The location was perfect in that it is a few minutes' walk away from the beach and restaurants. I felt at home and really slept well. Everything was spotless and serene of the place. Breakfasts were also filling, delicious and beautiful.

Such a nice place to get to after a long flight. The guy there was after anything we needed and super kind. The pool and decor is gorgeous. The bedrooms were beyond exceptional, with some of the most comfortable pillows and duvet, shower was incredible, aircon and fan was awesome, and welcoming lassies were delicious. The location is great to get to both Dikwella and hiriketiya beach.
