We have chosen the hotel for a one night stay in the city of Villeroy & Boch. The castle is romantic, charming with great surroundings. We loved our room. Even if it was hot, the room was equipped with a classic ventilator that helped us circulate the air. The bathroom looked amazing (not the one with bathtub), quality materials and very clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

The whole building is exquisitely decorated as are the suites. Emiliano is a great host - he is very responsive and waited for me at the suites at the agreed check-in time. The location couldn’t be better. You’re a few steps away (on foot or by a tram) from the city centre as well as the train station and everything you might need, yet the suites are nestled in a calm street. One of the details I personally appreciated very much as someone interested in health is that the water is filtered so it’s not only suitable to drink (despite that they provide you with bottled water) but also healthier for your hair and skin. The whole concept is top notch (they have a dedicated spa area where you can order a massage/facial).
