We liked the location because it was near the port for our diving excursions. Near two small supermarkets and very peaceful environment. Host gave us purified water when we arrived, which was great. Property very clean and comfortable. Property has air conditioner and a working refrigerator. Taxis are expensive at Cozumel Island, with that in mind, it was a $150 mxn ride to City Center or a 40 minute walk. All taxis knew where this Villas where located. Recommend going to Pescozón or to Aquí + Ahora to eat.

Great place to stay on Cozumel. Open space area with comfortable bed and nice central sitting area. The whole experience is like staying in a tower which is pretty cool. The place was really clean and nice, exactly as shown in the photos. Mila was a great host, always responding to our questions and really helpful. She helped us to rent the car while staying on the island. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Th location is amazing....literally right on the main street facing the ocean. The passenger ferry is a 3 minute walk and you are within a 5 minute walking distance to all the main attractions, bars, eateries. Parking is easy. We asked the owner of Guido's restaurant if we could park in their lot. She joked, "as long as you eat a meal here." We did and Guido's is one of the finest restaurants on Cozumel. The flat itself is nice. Not luxurious. But very well laid out, clean, and functional.
