The location is great, the hotel is so nice, our room was big, very comfy, the TV has Chromecast so we could watch our own shows, the breakfast is very good, the staff is very nice.

Auckland Botanic Gardens je 13 km daleko. - Room is spacious and looks fancy, with useful chairs and table, a huge TV. - Bed is wide and a set of soft pillows which gave us a nice and comfortable rest after an exhausting trip - Bathroom is clean and complete with bathrobes and towels, tissues with hair blower - Staffs are friendly and helpful, even met Filipinos who are accommodating at our requests and the one who’s in charge in the bar gladly gave us refill for our empty water bottles - Buffet breakfast is great, there is plenty of rice which I didn’t get quite a lot during our travel, had several egg options which are savory and also had tea, coffee, milk, or juice to choose from for a drink. We were full and ready for the day’s adventure!

Took our breakfast with us. It has only been built for 4 years and is new. The location was excellent a short walk to the main street. The Com is attached to the Pub the Commercial Hotel so could pop in for a drink or a meal if you liked. The building design was quite different with separate motel rooms(almost a tiny home) separated by empty garages on two levels Our room had lovely afternoon sun. Plenty of parking and space. Built in front of the big rock cliffs of Whakatane and the Tuis were very busy in the bush in the morning - lovely.

Perfect location for the harbour, ferries, shopping and restaurants in downtown. Parking space underground was very convenient for us and though there was a charge this was lower than most hotels charge in the area at $32 a night. Room very comfortable and clean. Loved the pool! Will be staying again.

Moreover, they gave us recommendations what to do in the city. - the room was interconnected and convenient for 3 people to stay in. - fitness center is really great. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel
