The room was very clean and everything was brand new. The bathroom was especially nice and the bed was super comfortable. We loved everything to the point that we decided to extend our stay. As a plus if you are a dog lover be sure to pet whiskey on your check in (and check out) ;)

Honestly, this was the best room I have ever stayed in. We were in the Studio Executive and we had all the comfort we needed and more: make up remover, washing dryer + laundry detergent… It was spacious, clean, new and… perfect! It was a true pleasure to stay in at night just to enjoy our room. Plus, Barry and Donna were just exceptionally kind and welcoming. If you’re in Dunedin, Amross Motel is a must! Hopefully we’ll come back soon 🤞🏼

Location of the accommodation is convenient by car. Parking is right outside our unit. Love the hot tub (pls make reservation and try at least once). Mark was very friendly and helpful throughout our 3 night stays. Wish we could stay longer. Room is well maintained and kitchen is well equipped.
