I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swat Galaxy Hotel in Kalam, and the experience was truly outstanding. We arrived in the evening, and the next morning, the hotel provided an exceptional breakfast, completely free of cost. It was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. Special thanks to Afzal and Hashaam — the manager, who not only acted as a great host but also stayed in touch with us during our journey to ensure our safe arrival. His guidance and support were highly appreciated. The room was well maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Both hot and cold water were available at all times, which added to the convenience. We also had room service, which was timely and efficient. Every area of the hotel — from cleanliness to service — deserves a 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kalam. I would definitely choose this hotel again

We stayed twice at the Bacelo Hotel, on a stopover in Naran between Islamabad and Skardu. The staff is very professional, attentive, and they helped us a lot the second time, on our return from Skardu. We were unable to book through Booking the second time at the Barcelo Hotel (allegedly, it was full according to Booking), so we had reserved another place that did not meet our expectations. We randomly returned to the Barcelo at one in the morning, and they found us a room (with an upgrade) and saved our night of rest (we were on a motorcycle road trip and had just driven 12 hours on sometimes very damaged roads). Thank you
