Sondra the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she is a terrific host and chef to boot, the Carrs shop was 5 minutes walk away (Sondra told us how to get there), the host Sondra had every amenity under the sun complimentary to our needs, water bottles, savoury and sweet snacks, she said use all the hand wash, hand lotion, bandaids, earplugs, mouthwash, ear buds, bandaids you name it, we could use it. Breakfast was outstanding as she was a chef in her previous employment before being a bed and breakfast host. Also has all brochures and tight security measures.

It had beautiful flowers, the choice of colours used were flattering to the cabin, and it had an outside table and chairs. The inside was really lovely. It was very cozy, comfortable and spacious. The decor was tastefully done. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and fully equipped, as was the bathroom which had a good strong shower. The lighting everywhere was perfect. There was a good choice on the TV. It was very peaceful and quiet, with good sturdy blinds. It was easy to access with a coded lock, we felt very safe and secure. The host had very kindly left snacks, drinks, sauces etc which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Both were great to communicate with, and were very helpful. We wanted to experience staying in a cabin in Alaska and this totally exceeded our expectations. We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it. We absolutely loved it.
