Hermanus Backpackers & Budget Accommodation offers accommodation close to the centre in Hermanus. It has an outdoor pool, TV lounge and billiard table. The place is simply amazing! It’s one of the best accommodations we had in South Africa. Jacqueline and Marco are incredibly nice and very helpful. The hostel and the room were very clean. We even extended our stay for an extra night. I can definitely recommend this place!

Located in Sandbaai, only 50 meters away from Schulphoek Bay, Schulphoek Seafront House features an outdoor pool and a garden. Beautiful location. Rooms are comfortable and spotless but the main attraction is the staff who are so friendly and helpful

Great location close to the sea, we could see whales in the bay from our balcony and there were many restaurant options close by. The room was clean, spacious and lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at The Marine Hermanus was truly exceptional. The hotel is elegant and beautifully located, offering stunning ocean views – we were even lucky enough to watch whales right from our room, which made the experience unforgettable. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and excellent presentation, while the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, everything was simply outstanding – from the breathtaking views and whale watching to the fine dining and world-class service. We would highly recommend The Marine to anyone visiting Hermanus.

What a lovely place to stay overnight, pity everything was already planned for the travel otherwise we would have stayed another day to enjoy the lovely views from the house as well as the restaurants in the neighborhoods. Thanks for a great stay - the whole family loved it.
