The staff was very polite, polite and very attentive. We would like to thank the staff in particular. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious enough, especially the bathroom was ideal. The beds were both very comfortable and spacious, we slept and rested very well. There was free coffee every day and every hour. The location was a little far from the center, but we never had any transportation problems. We knew that anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us.

If you have rented a car and want to explore Madrid and its surrounding cities, this is the perfect place. The hotel is new, the staff is professional, helpful, the breakfast is amazing (my family said so, I was fasting). We had connected rooms and their hallway was reserved for us. The gym is open 24 hours. It is in a very peaceful and quiet area. The parking is expensive for that area, but parking outside is free. Overall, this is a great hotel.

The location was really good, the staff were welcoming and really friendly from reception, cleaners and the lovely barman. We appreciated the size of the room and all the extra touches, chocolates at night, bottle of fizz left in our room which we only imagined was due to it being our last night.
