The apartment was super cozy and nicely decorated, with all the necessities to cook our breakfast and have a good shower. The beds were also super confortable and we would like to know the brand of the duvet and duvet cover because we all loved it. A plus for the blinds on the windows, not a very common find in the UK. Some gifts were also left for us so everything was perfect.

The location was perfect 👌 Everything was within a 5 minute walk and it was a nice quiet neighbourhood. The boathouse cafe was lovely and very welcoming to dogs as was The Dolphin pub.

Location was perfect, sea views and roof terrace for a sunny day was such an added bonus. House was so big and spacious and absolutely everything you needed was there. Parking space for the car was great. Nice extras with milk and tea and coffee (and a bottle of wine 🍷 👌) and biscuits. Great communication as we arrived very late easy to navigate the lock box and code on the gate. The beds were perfect everyone had loads of space. House was immaculate. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Like home from home with the kitchen and massive sitting room. Washing machine and everything other facility you would need. We would definitely return 😊

What a perfect experience we had staying at The Beach House Luxury Rooms. The communication from Sean and Deanna was incredible. We felt very welcomed on our arrival which was lovely. On checking in we were moved to an upgraded room at no extra cost which was so appreciated by us. The room was gorgeous with an incredible view. We felt so comfortable in there we never wanted to leave. The location is also spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend The Beach House Luxury Rooms to anyone. Thank you Sean and Deanna for your hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay.
